healing begins when we feel seen, understood and accepted, exactly as we are.
I’m so glad you’ve landed here. However you are experiencing your challenges, whether it’s feeling overwhelmed, angry, anxious, deeply sad, or not feeling anything at all, but there is a voice or a pull that has brought you to this page. Go with that, and continue to explore, get to know me, how I can help, so that your future self will thank you for being brave to start this journey.

My journey toward healing
Self-understanding has been a journey of compassion, clarity and growth. Over time and through my journey with therapy, I’ve come to see that every experience, both joyful and painful, has led me closer to my authentic self.
I’ve been a yoga teacher, a business owner, an entrepreneur and a stay-at-home mom. I am also a daughter, sister, mother, wife, partner and friend, and through it all, a lifelong learner with an unshakable curiosity for growth.
Today, as a psychotherapist, I continue to study, reflect, and evolve, guided by a deep passion for helping others feel seen, understood, and empowered.

Everyone’s Healing Journey is Unique
And it begins with a space that feels safe and steady. Through exploration and evidence-based approaches, we work together to understand your patterns and build a deeper sense of stability and self-trust.
Integrative approaches blend techniques in a way that feels natural and intuitive, supporting the mind, body and inner world as a whole. Rather than applying a single method, the integrative approach draws from a range of therapeutic perspectives to help you gain clarity, move through challenges and build lasting inner stability.
